Back on January 5th, some members of the NBA ExComm got together at Andrew W.’s place to iron out our club by-laws. We made it through edits to everything while enjoying some beers courtesy of Andrew W. and Andrew N., the latter of whom brought six different single hop Mikkeller  brews. Very tasty stuff, interesting to discuss the differences in hop profiles.

Our gracious host had four beers on tap in an over-the-top awesome kegerator he built himself (the wood exterior even matches the cabinets in his basement!), an IPA, pale ale, winter ale (similar to Jubelale) and an english bitter. My fav of the bunch was definitely the pale ale. Super flavorful but super PALE too! Apparently it has been “lagering” in the kegerator for a while. Super clear and light in color while also very clean tasting for an ale. Good work Andrew. Excited to sample more of it during the meeting this Saturday!
