- Of particular interest are these brett-based ciders Tyler and Nick were talking about. Guys feel free to chime in on this niche during the meeting.
- Check out a recent cider-centric episode of BrewingTV for some basic info prior to the meeting.

- Winter high-gravity (>7%) beer competition– begin high-level planning discussion
- Will be patterned after our successful summer low-gravity (<6%) beer competition
- The next group experiment– what will it be???
- In the wake of the wildly successful single hop experiment, we should arrive at a consensus as to our next collective experimental endeavor and determine a chairman of this committee to lead the organizational charge
Hi, Grant,
My name is Gordy Staff. I plan on coming this Thursday and joining the NE club. I can bring a growler of some English Brown Ale from a recent batch I made. I am fairly happy with the taste but a bit disappointed in the amount of head. Let me know if that works. Thanks.
Thanks Gordy! You’re on the list. See ya Thursday!
Hey ,
I’m also coming to my first meeting tonight and thought that I’d bring a couple of bombers of my Kolsch to share. I’ve entered this into the Big River Homebrew comp and didn’t know if that would make a difference on whether or not to bring it.
Thanks Trevor! See ya tonight.
