We had a great meeting to round out 2012! Phenomenal year for the club. Looking forward to the potluck and high-gravity competition at North Loop in January for all members (you can bring a +1). Here’s what we discussed at the meeting:

- One uses special B – use Burton ale to bring out the fruit
- One uses coffee malt and cold press, dark chocolate at flameout – use Cali-Ale yeast to get chocolate and coffee to shine through
