Malt:
All Grain
88% American 2 row
6% Munich Malt
6% Victory Malt
Extract (5 gal.)
9 lbs Light extract
. 5 lbs Munich extract
.75 lbs Victory Malt(Steeping)
Mash:
Single Infusion Mash 152 F 60 min.
1.25 qts/lb
Hops(for 5 gal.):
60 min. Adjust for IBU using Tinseth formula
15 min. 1 oz
Flameout 1 oz
Dry Hop 1 oz – Dry hop for 5-7 days in primary after fermentation has finished
Yeast:
Wyeast 1056, WLP 001 or US-05
Packaging:
Carbonate to 2 volumes
